Administrative Assistant
About the Role We’re looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep our team running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure day-to-day tasks, schedules, and communications flow with ease. If you enjoy juggling details, keeping things on track, and supporting a team’s success, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Keep calendars, schedules, and meetings organized Handle emails, calls, and messages with professionalism and warmth Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed Manage files and records (digital and physical) so nothing gets lost Order supplies, coordinate with vendors, and help the office run smoothly Support team events, meetings, and special projects Jump in where needed to keep operations moving forward Marketing & Communications Support Assist with drafting and sending internal and external communications Help manage company social media accounts and keep content up to date Coordinate newsletters, announcements, and other outreach efforts Track engagement and provide basic reporting on communications and campaigns Ensure the brand voice is consistent across all platforms and materials What We’re Looking For Previous admin or office support experience is helpful, but not required — strong organizational skills matter most Great communicator — clear writing, friendly tone, and professional presence Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools; bonus if you’ve used Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities without losing focus A team player who’s adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn Why You’ll Love Working With Us Friendly, supportive team culture Opportunities to grow your skills in both administration and marketing Competitive pay and benefits (if applicable) A role where your contributions really make a difference
