About the Role We’re looking for a curious and innovative AI Developer to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that power our products and operations. You’ll work with data, algorithms, and machine learning models to turn ideas into real-world applications that enhance user experiences and create business value. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve real business challenges Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and workflows Work with structured and unstructured data to build training datasets and optimize model performance Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency Develop APIs and tools for seamless integration of AI-driven features Document processes, experiments, and best practices for knowledge sharing What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong programming skills in Python (bonus if you’re also familiar with Java, C++, or R) Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and applied mathematics/statistics Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Nice to Have Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or reinforcement learning Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or data pipeline frameworks (Airflow, dbt) Hands-on experience deploying models in production environments Exposure to APIs, microservices, and full-stack development Why You’ll Love Working With Us Opportunity to shape cutting-edge AI solutions that directly impact users Collaborative, forward-thinking team culture Competitive salary and benefits package Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities
