We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Full-Stack Marketer with 5 years of proven experience in building, managing, and scaling marketing strategies across the full funnel. The ideal candidate has a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns, leverage data for optimization, and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and content channels. Own the marketing funnel from acquisition through retention, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue goals. Manage performance campaigns, analyze KPIs, and optimize for ROI across multiple channels. Lead content creation and storytelling that strengthens brand positioning and drives engagement. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to design, implement, and refine customer journeys. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaigns. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution. Implement A/B testing, track metrics, and generate reports that highlight actionable insights. Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in full-stack marketing, preferably in fast-paced or growth-focused environments. Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.). Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation workflows. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics. Strong project management and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
