Fundraising & Investor Engagement Work alongside the CEO to present technical vision to potential investors and strategic partners. Leverage your network to attract fundraisers, advisors, and capital to support the seed round. Assist in developing technical due diligence materials for investor review and ensure the company is prepared to respond to technical inquiries during fundraising. Contribute to strategic discussions on financial and operational planning with an understanding of investor expectations and metrics. Strategic & Network Impact Be a visible member of the leadership team, shaping both technology and business strategy. Use your industry experience and network to open doors for partnerships, investment, and talent acquisition. Ensure technology decisions support long-term scalability, market differentiation, and investor confidence. Strong experience with full product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and scaling. Deep understanding of how technology decisions intersect with investor relations, due diligence, and fundraising. Demonstrated ability to leverage your network to attract capital, advisors, or talent. Strategic thinker who can align product and technical priorities with business goals. Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including investors. Hands-on mentality: able to code, architect systems, and roll up sleeves as needed. Compensation & Equity Equity: 2% of the company, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff. Year 1: Equity-only, contingent upon the successful closing of the seed round within 12 months. Year 2 onward: Transition to full-time salary, maintaining original equity grant.
